Are these final prices?
They are approved starting points. The written proposal defines the exact scope: pages, sections, features, revisions and recurring costs. We do not change the base price without agreeing with you.
What if I need more pages or features?
They are quoted separately before work begins. Nothing is added to the package without a proposal and approval.
Are domain and hosting included?
No. They are never included automatically in any package: they are budgeted separately. If including them makes sense, it is formalised in a written offer covering provider, ownership, duration, renewal cost and responsibilities. Renewal is shown before you hire.
How many revision rounds are included?
Essential Presence includes one; Landing and Business include two; Advanced Corporate includes three. Changes outside the scope are quoted separately.
Who provides the copy and photos?
The client provides the logo, copy, images and data. If something is missing, I tell you what to solve first. Extensive copywriting or visual content production is quoted separately.
How is payment handled?
50% to start the project and 50% before launch. The written proposal details the amount and scope.
How long does it take?
Essential Presence: 5–7 days. Landing: 7–10 days. Business: 2–3 weeks. Corporate: 3–4 weeks. The timeline starts when I receive the complete materials.
Do I own the site?
The domain, hosting account and content are in the client name. Delivery of the site is completed with final payment, according to the proposal. We do not promise access to third-party accounts or tools we do not control.
Do you guarantee first place on Google?
No. We include a technical foundation and clear content so Google can understand the site. Rankings depend on Google and external factors. No serious provider can guarantee first place.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes, it is optional and quoted separately. It is not a mandatory monthly fee for the site to keep working.
Do you work in Santo Domingo, Santiago or La Romana?
Yes, I work remotely with businesses across the Dominican Republic. I am based in Higüey and I do not pretend to have offices in other cities.
Can you build an online store, booking system or app?
It is evaluated as custom development. I do not promise e-commerce, payments, databases or complex integrations without reviewing architecture, cost and feasibility.
